Him & Her is our first-ever tangible, literary and visual artifact. Built on the pillars of culture, community, collaboration and conversation, these recipes of food and pastries not only represent us as a couple but the people and things that have influenced us in growing together as a Union.

The cookbook is split up into 5 different sections for the recipes.

1. Culture - recipes that are dear to our Trinidadian and Puerto Rican heritages.

2. Community - air fryer recipes (with conventional oven alternatives) that promote the usage of less oil and healthier cooking.

3. Conversation - recipes that provide for an abundance of food so you’re able to entertain friends and enjoy their company with amazing cuisine.

4. Collaboration - recipes that blend different tastes, techniques and more. Experiments that went well.

5. Beginnings & Endings - appetizers and desserts that are meant to round out all meals.

Shipping + Handling: Due to the Coronavirus, please be patient as we will ship orders in batches to limit our drop-offs to the post office as we look to practice social distancing and stay safe during these times. Once shipped, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Under normal circumstances, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared. Once shipped, using the tracking information provided, you’ll be able to monitor the delivery of your order. Shipping will vary between 2-5 days if located within the U.S. while international orders may range from 7-14 days for delivery.
