Him & Her is our first-ever tangible, literary and visual artifact. Built on the pillars of culture, community, collaboration and conversation, these recipes of food and pastries not only represent us as a couple but the people and things that have influenced us in growing together as a Union.

The cookbook is split up into 5 different sections for the recipes.

1. Culture - recipes that are dear to our Trinidadian and Puerto Rican heritages.

2. Community - air fryer recipes (with conventional oven alternatives) that promote the usage of less oil and healthier cooking.

3. Conversation - recipes that provide for an abundance of food so you’re able to entertain friends and enjoy their company with amazing cuisine.

4. Collaboration - recipes that blend different tastes, techniques and more. Experiments that went well.

5. Beginnings & Endings - appetizers and desserts that are meant to round out all meals.
